Packages are shipped Priority Mail to all U.S. addresses and First Class to Canada.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Shipping costs are a flat $8.00 USD for first class mail, excluding Canada (see Shipping Rates, above, for Canada). Free shipping over $75.
What is your Customer Satisfaction policy?
Let's make this simple…If you’re not happy, I’m not happy.
- If it breaks, I’ll fix it.
- If you bought it a year ago and lost the receipt and it breaks, I’ll fix it.
- If it’s the wrong color, I’ll get you the right color. Don’t wear it, though. Send it right back.
